Increase capacity from 29L to 60L with our unique vacuum compression. Grenth Pack

Travel light
The AIRBAG travel backpack features a built-in vacuum system that reduces the volume of your belongings, increasing storage space.
Use the mini pump, a vacuum cleaner, or simply your hands to compress your clothes. No need to sort or pack your bag to the brim: take everything you need, and even more, without compromise!

Optimal organization
The AIRBAG travel bag offers optimal, neat organization thanks to its multiple compartments and pockets, allowing you to easily separate your belongings for quick access. You can also separate clean from dirty items or wet items from dry items thanks to the airtight, odor-proof pocket.
Need even more space? A 5 cm extension can be deployed to accommodate additional items or your travel souvenirs.
Do you have a question?
How does the vacuum-compression technology work?
How does the vacuum-compression technology work?
Our built-in compression pocket expels excess air from your clothes using a compact hand pump and a one-way valve.
- Step 1: Fold or roll your garments and place them in the inner compression pocket.
- Step 2: Zip it closed and connect the mini pump to the valve.
- Step 3: Pump for 20–60 seconds (depending on volume) until the pocket becomes firm.
By removing trapped air—not squeezing fabric—the pack reduces bulk dramatically while keeping items protected.
Will my clothes get wrinkled after vacuum packing?
Will my clothes get wrinkled after vacuum packing?
No—when used correctly, wrinkles are minimized. The compression pocket is designed to keep items flat and evenly pressed. For best results:
- Fold garments smoothly (or use the roll method for tees and knits).
- Place delicate items between flatter layers (e.g., a T-shirt over a shirt).
- Use the included anti-crease panel area for shirts and trousers.
Most users report arriving with fewer wrinkles than with traditional packing.
What if airport security asks me to open the vacuum pocket?
What if airport security asks me to open the vacuum pocket?
No problem. The system is TSA/airport-friendly:
- You can open and reseal in seconds.
- The valve releases air safely and silently.
- After inspection, simply close the zipper and give the pump a few strokes to re-compress.
Tip: keep the pump in the top quick-access pocket before security for a faster re-pack.
Is it cabin-size compliant with airlines?
Is it cabin-size compliant with airlines?
Yes. The Grenth Pack was engineered for cabin rules. Our cabin configuration (approx. 40 × 30 × 15–20 cm) fits the most common international carry-on size box.
- Depth is adjustable thanks to compression, so it stays sleek once packed.
- Always check your airline’s current policy—some low-cost carriers use stricter dimensions for “personal items.”
If you follow our packing guide, you’ll be within the typical cabin size standards.
How much extra space do I gain with Grenth Pack?
How much extra space do I gain with Grenth Pack?
With vacuum compression you can increase usable capacity from ~29L up to ~60L (contents and fabric types vary). In practice, most travellers fit:
- 2–3 extra outfits or bulky items like hoodies and puffers
- Additional underwear, socks, and gym gear
This is space you normally lose to trapped air—now reclaimed.
What about airline weight limits?
What about airline weight limits?
Size and weight are different rules. Grenth Pack helps you pass size checks; weight still depends on what you pack and your airline’s allowance (often 6–12 kg for cabin).
- We include a quick weight checklist inside the pack.
- If you’re close to the limit, keep heavier items (chargers, power banks) in your jacket or pockets before boarding, if permitted.
- Consider wearing your heaviest shoes/jacket on travel days.
What is the maximum load the pack can safely carry?
What is the maximum load the pack can safely carry?
The pack is built with reinforced stitching, high-tenacity fabrics, and heavy-duty zippers. For comfort and longevity, we recommend keeping total carry weight within your airline’s cabin limit (typically 6–12 kg). The structure can handle more, but your shoulders—and airline policy—will thank you for staying within allowance.
Is the pump included? Does it need batteries?
Is the pump included? Does it need batteries?
Yes, the mini hand pump is included and does not require batteries. It’s ultra-light, quiet, and packs into a dedicated sleeve. You can also use the one-way valve to squeeze out air manually in a pinch.
